Ember is an adorable tabby kitty. She and her siblings were found abandoned on a porch in SC by a fellow Doberman rescuer. How could we say no to helping out this beautiful kitten!
Ember was born around mid February. She has been spayed, FIV/Leukemia checked (negative), vaccinated and microchipped.
Ember LOVES to be around other cats, and when there are younger kittens than her that arrive she will mother them until they feel comfortable, then she is their best playmate. Still not convinced she likes dogs but in time she will learn they are not there to hurt her. Since Ember feels more comfortable with other cats around she will do best in a home that already has a cat.
A bit shy with people at first but once she warms up to you she loves to have her belly rubbed. Ember will “talk” to you and it sounds like a bird chirping. Her foster Mom calls her Birdy. When Ember is feeling a bit shy we get out her favorite toy which always brings her out to play. This toy will be going with her to her new family.
Ember will need to be an indoor cat only.
Ember’s adoption fee has been sponsored.
If you have pets already we will need your vet’s office name and phone number for a reference check. If no other pets then we need 2 personal references.
