Gilbert

Gilbert is a year old fawn boy who came to us as an owner surrender. His family had some sudden health issues and they could no longer care for him. He lived with a small child in this home and did well with him. He is a very energetic dog but seems to be respectful of small children—though we would definitely recommend he be supervised. He knows basic commands and is continuing to learn more in his foster home. He would do well with attending a training class in his new home to continue to reinforce these commands as well as bond with his new family. Gilbert is currently in a foster home with another male Doberman and seems to be doing well and has gotten along well with other dogs he has met that enjoy playtime. He also loves a good chew toy! He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.
