Look at this handsome fella! Yes he is all Doberman. Mario is a melanistic Doberman, something that should not be encouraged in breeding but there is always someone out there looking to make a dollar of these babies.Mario is an energetic young boy around 1 to 2 years old. Unfortunately he is heartworm positive but doing well with his treatment. We are having to keep him calm while under going heartworm treatment so that has been a challenge for his foster Mom. Like all young dobies he wants to be out running and playing. Soon enough sweet boy!Mario is crate trained and will gladly go in his crate if you have a yummy treat for him.We have not been able to have Mario out with other dogs because of his treatment but he has seen others through a fence or on leash and seems to want to play.A little too active and interested in the kitties.Mario will need a home with a physically fenced in yard.
Mario will be ready for adoption after his treatment is over which will be around mid November. But he can have calm visitors now if you want to meet him.
